Torrevieja Local Police have seized 314 pairs of trainers from various commercial brands following a vehicle control operation in the municipality.
The incident occurred on the night of October 6th, when officers established a checkpoint on Calle José Samper García. During the operation, authorities inspected a total of 13 vehicles, finding no irregularities in 12 of them.
Officers discovered the shipment inside one of the cars, uncovering 314 pairs of athletic shoes from prominent brands including Nike, Adidas, Hoka, Lacoste, On, and New Balance. According to the police investigation, the merchandise was allegedly intended for sale by street vendors.
Following the discovery, agents seized the goods and initiated formal proceedings for a suspected crime against industrial property.
