ANOTHER FATAL CRASH ON THE N-332 AT TORREVIEJA

Three people have been killed in a car crash on the N-332 main road near Torrevieja on Monday evening.

An investigation has been launched by the Guardia Civil to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the accident, which occurred at around 18:00, in which a van and a car collided and as a result the three people, believed to be a woman aged 32,and two men aged 37 and 52, lost their lives.

Two emergency SAMU paramedic units and two basic life support vehicles were sent to the scene, but the medical staff could only confirm that they had died.

The much awaited La Siesta park in Torrevieja opened on Saturday, with many people attending the event to check out some of the leisure and pleasure facilities now available in this popular area of Torrevieja. It's been a long time coming, but the La Siesta Skate Park is due to open this week with the inauguration set for Saturday 16 March at 11:00 a.m. The park contains many different facilities for different sports modalities, and there's seating around the entire area.
