MONTESINOS GETTING ENERGY EFFICIENT

The Mayor of Los Montesinos, José Manuel Butrón, has initiated the second phase of energy saving campaigns in the municipality, in the hope of creating significant savings to one of the biggest cost factors to any town hall.

This latest 75,000 euro project, of which 3,656 euro will be provided by the local authority, will see street lights replaced with energy saving LED bulbs, initially in the areas of Avenida del Mar 1 and Avenida de Riegos de Levante, as well as the housing estate at La Herrada.
