
The municipalities of Benferri and Pilar de la Horadada will receive a total grant package of 148,272 euro from the Alicante provincial government, to be used on a number of infrastructure projects to benefit street, parks and gardens.
The Committee on Infrastructure approved the grants this week, which aim to “improve the quality of life of our municipalities to promote the creation and maintenance of jobs”, according to provincial deputy for infrastructure, Manuel Pérez Fenoll.
Benferri will receive 88,272 euro for paving streets of the town, while Pilar de la Horadada will receive 60,000 euro for the rehabilitation and improvement to parks, gardens and green areas in the town of Pinar de Campoverde.
