The municipality of Los Montesinos is set to host the “Encuentros 2026” choral concert this Saturday, 30 May. This provincial musical event will bring together prominent choral groups from across the province for an evening dedicated to music and cultural coexistence. The event is sponsored by the Federació de Cors de la Comunitat Valenciana.
The concert will take place at 19:30 at the Auditorium of the School of Music and Culture of Los Montesinos, with free entry until full capacity is reached. Three renowned musical groups will participate in this edition: the Coro Maestro Casanovas from Torrevieja, the Coral Illice Augusta from Elche and the Youth Section of the Orfeón Crevillentino from Crevillente.
The performance will offer the public a varied choral repertoire performed by groups with extensive experience and artistic quality. It represents an excellent opportunity to enjoy live music and foster cultural exchange between different municipalities.

The Councillor for Culture of Los Montesinos Town Council, Rosa Belén Morán, highlighted that “this choral meeting is a magnificent occasion to bring musical culture closer to residents and visitors, as well as to showcase the work and dedication of the choral groups in our province.” Morán also noted that “from the Town Council, we continue to support a diverse and high-quality cultural programme, capable of turning Los Montesinos into a meeting point for music and the arts.”
The Town Council invites all citizens to enjoy this cultural offering and share a unique musical evening in a family-friendly and participatory atmosphere.
